Want regularly scheduled sessions and a 15% discount? The subscription plan includes four 50-minute sessions billed automatically on the same date each month. Sessions must be used during the billing period and do not carry over.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the coaching sessions?
The sessions are 50 minutes.
What is your rescheduling policy?
You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the start of your session without penalty. Any cancellations or reschedules after that time will be considered a no-show appointment. No-show appointments are counted as a completed coaching session and are not refundable.
Do unused sessions expire?
Refund requests for unused 4 or 8 standard plan sessions must be made within 60 days of purchase. After that, sessions can only be used, not refunded.
Standard plan sessions must be used within one year of purchase, or they will expire.
Unused subscription plan sessions are not refundable and do not roll over. They must be used in the monthly billing period purchased.
Do you sell individual sessions?
I do not sell individual sessions to new clients; coaching is a commitment. Existing clients who need to supplement their coaching plan or need one-off sessions will be billed for individual sessions upon request.
How does the subscription plan work?
The subscription plan saves you 15% off the price of the standard package. You will get all of the same services as the standard package* but you will automatically be billed monthly, and sessions do not carry over if you do not use them in the month purchased.
*Four, 50-minute sessions with between-session support not to exceed 1 hour a month.
If I get the subscription plan, do I have to keep a specific schedule?
No. You can schedule your sessions when you want, as long as all 4 sessions are used within the subscription period. Unused sessions do not roll over.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, renewals can be paused for as long as needed.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
I am so confident in my services that if you are not 100% satisfied, just let me know before the start of your 3rd session, and I will refund your package or subscription purchase.
