Refund and Reschedule Policy

Coaching Cancellations and Rescheduling

Life happens and sometimes you can’t make your appointment. I understand. You can cancel or reschedule your coaching appointments up to 5 minutes prior to the start time of your coaching session without any fee or penalty. However, any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows after that time will be considered completed sessions and counted against your total number of prepaid sessions.

Coaching Satisfaction Guarantee

I am so confident in my ability to help you that I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t feel you are getting the value you expect out of coaching, let me know ( before the start of your 3rd session or within 60 days of purchase (whichever comes first) and I will refund 100% of your purchase.

There is one exception to the satisfaction guarantee. No-show appointments are not refundable. In the case of a refund request made when there has been a no-show appointment, your purchase will be refunded excluding the price of the no-show appointment.

Unused Coaching Sessions

Sessions purchased under a subscription plan must be used during the billing period for that plan. Unused subscription sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Unused sessions purchased in standard packages (all non-subscription plans) are good for 120 days after purchase, at which time those sessions expire unless written arrangements are made with Dr. Cristie Glasheen in advance.
