You read that right. We know we can help you finish your Master’s or PhD, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all academic coaching packages. If you find that you are not getting what you need out of coaching, then you can stop and get a refund. All you need to do is email us before your 3rd session or within 60 days of purchase (whichever comes first), and we will refund the entire cost of your last purchased package.

The only exception is that we do not refund no-show appointments. If you decide not to continue coaching and you had a no-show appointment, then we will refund the coaching package minus the cost of the no-show appointment.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

Payment is due before the start of any coaching sessions or document review. In the case of document review/editing, we will not begin reviewing your document before payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session without penalty up to one hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than one hour’s notice will be considered a “no-show” appointment. All no-show appointments are counted as a completed coaching session and are non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule, please utilize the link provided in your confirmation email or contact your coach via email.

Missed Appointments and No-Show Policy

Appointments are considered a “no-show” if a client does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. To avoid a no-show designation, clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least one hour’s notice.

No-show sessions are considered billable and are not eligible for a refund. In the event a refund is requested under our satisfaction guarantee, the total refund amount will be reduced by the cost of any previously recorded no-show sessions.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund of your package or subscription purchase before the start of your third coaching session.

Refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. After that, sessions can only be used, not refunded.

Unused Sessions and Package Expiration

Subscription plan sessions must be used within the 30-day billing period and do not roll over. Any subscription plan sessions not used within the billing period are not refundable, except under the terms of our satisfaction guarantee.

Standard coaching sessions must be used within 365 days of purchase, or they expire and will not be refunded.

Our primary objective is to support your successful graduation. However, many clients choose to continue their sessions for post-graduation support, including CV review, interview preparation, and project management. Therefore, unused sessions are not automatically refunded upon completion of your degree. To request a refund for unused sessions following your graduation, please contact us via email, and we will process the refund accordingly.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Coaching subscriptions can be paused or cancelled by emailing your coach. We use Stripe to process our subscriptions. If you choose to cancel or pause your subscription too close to the automatic renewal date, your card may be charged. If that happens, we will refund the purchase. Stripe can take between 5 and 15 days to process refunds.
